Atlantis is a island or small continent which
was located in Atlantic ocean. it's name is used for fictional writing , as it sank into the depth of the sea and vanished within a day and night .
The story of Atlantis first appears in the stories like
Timaeus & critical by greek philosopher plato where he gave a proper structure for Atlantis.
There is also a concept that the Atlantis would reapers in every 1000 years and many philosopher's says Atlantis was once Civilised & had tall buildings, Churches and transport facilities ect , just like our lamuria but it was unable to prove by scientists because here not even a single land mark were found.
It is also said that Atlantis sunk to the bottom of the ocean by the god's punishment for its bad deed.
